Rabbit Sales Policy

Pickup Information

Rabbits can be picked up by appointment only. Please contact us if you will be late or need to reschedule. If rescheduling, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.

When picking up your rabbit(s), please bring a suitable carrier, cage, or box for transport. For new rabbit owners who may not yet have transport equipment, we offer cardboard pet carriers for a small fee of $5. Please let us know in advance if you will need one.

For the safety of the rabbits, we do not ship rabbits under any circumstances.

We accept cash, PayPal, and Venmo. Payment by check is not accepted.

Our Policy

All rabbits are sold with a pedigree unless otherwise noted. While we strive to provide quality rabbits, we cannot guarantee success in shows or breeding. Rabbits may develop traits as they mature that could disqualify them on the show table; this is not the responsibility of our rabbitry.

We aim to be transparent about the potential and limitations of each rabbit, but once the rabbit leaves our care, we are no longer responsible for its health, behavior, or well-being.

  • No refunds or returns: All sales are final. The only exception is if the rabbit becomes unavailable while in our care, in which case a refund will be issued.
  • Health assurance: Rabbits are inspected and deemed healthy (e.g., free from snot nose, parasites, and obvious illness) before leaving. However, we do not offer health guarantees after the rabbit leaves our care. Rabbits are delicate animals, and we cannot control stressors or conditions in new environments or during transport.

Pricing

Prices vary based on the rabbit’s quality, purpose, and characteristics. General price ranges:

Single rabbits: $50–$150

Pairs and trios: $100–$250

The price is determined by type, fur/coloring, and alignment with breed standards.

Waitlist Policy

We maintain waitlists to ensure that our rabbits go to the best possible homes. Availability is limited, as we focus on quality over quantity.

How it works:

  • Complete a detailed questionnaire to join the waitlist.
  • Waitlists open periodically and will close once a maximum number of entries is reached. Expect a 2–3 month waiting period before a closed list reopens.

Matching process:

  • We will notify you 2–3 weeks before pick-up week to confirm availability based on your preferences. If the desired rabbit isn’t available, you can choose a different one or move to the top of the waitlist for the next litter.

Hold Policy: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to hold a rabbit for more than one week past the pick-up date.

Additional Notes

Ear Tattoos: Rabbits are typically tattooed before leaving, but there may be instances where this is not completed. If this is critical to you, please confirm before purchasing.

Gender Identification: While we do our best to accurately sex young rabbits, there is a rare chance of error. We do not offer refunds for misidentified genders.

Temperament: Rabbits’ temperaments may change due to hormones, environment, or other factors. We cannot guarantee personality traits.

Transport Information

Arranging and paying for transport is the buyer’s responsibility. While we may be able to recommend transporters, we are not liable for the condition of the rabbit during transport.

Final Terms

By purchasing a rabbit from us, you acknowledge and agree to all policies listed above. We reserve the right to refuse any sale at any time, for any reason, without explanation.

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!
