Shipping

Do you offer free shipping or shipping discounts?


Sorry, we are not offering free shipping or shipping discounts at this time. We try to utilize shipping carriers that provide the best combination of cost, quality and speed when delivering your products. 


I entered the wrong shipping address, can you help?


It depends! Please contact support@herdandhomestead.com as soon as possible. We will do everything that is under our control to help correct this! 


To avoid this error, please make sure to double check all of your information before completing your order. 


Where do you ship? Domestic? International?


We ship worldwide! If USPS or FedEx ships to your location then we can too! 


To make sure we can ship to you, please create a "fake" order by selecting one of our products and adding it to cart. Then, enter all of your information and shipping information, so you will be provided an accurate total cost based on the weight of what you would like to purchase. 


However, for international orders we recommend that you educate yourself on extra customs or VAT costs that may apply to your order depending on which country you reside in. You may be subject to pay these extra fees before you can receive your order. Please note that we are not responsible for this and sadly have no control! However, if your order remains unclaimed and the parcel is returned to us we will refund the cost of the items minus the shipping costs. Thank you for understanding! 

Orders

I need to cancel my order.


If you need to cancel your order, please email us at support@herdandhomestead.com as soon as possible to request a cancellation. We will do our best to make this possible. 


I received my order and it was damaged!


If you received an item that was damaged in transit, please take photos of the damaged products right away. Email the photos and provide your order number to support@herdandhomestead.com and we will do our best to help! 


I just placed an order and I would like to modify it. How do I do that? 


Once an order is placed we are unable to add, remove or change items in that order. 


However, you can contact us to cancel your existing order and then you may place a new order with the correct items and/or information. Please contact us as soon as possible at support@herdandhomestead.com to process a cancelation on your initial order. 

Products & Gift Cards

A product that I want is sold out. Will it ever be restocked? 


It depends. We are a small-business that is still growing. If we have not restocked one of the products that you loved or have taken down the product listing, please contact us at idea@herdandhomestead.com. We would love to hear your opinion regarding our product offerings and what we can do to improve! 


Can I purchase gift cards to give to family and friends? 


Yes, we do! We offer three variants of our gift cards including $25, $50 and $100. These are great to gift to friends, family or yourself if you're waiting to for a specific launch.
